Instant Pay - Get Paid When You Need It

Instant Pay is an early-payment option for eligible earnings in the Staffy app. Check the Payment Centre for the availability, fees and timing that apply to your account before requesting payment.

Check eligibility and payment timing

Completing a shift does not by itself guarantee an immediate payout. Review the invoice status, approved hours, available balance and any eligibility limits shown in the Payment Centre. A payout request and receipt of money in your bank account are separate steps.

Review fees before requesting payment

Platform service fees and any optional early-payment or withdrawal fees are separate charges. Review the payment breakdown and current terms before confirming a request. Waiting for the normal payment date does not necessarily remove the platform service fee.

Request payment in the app

Open the Payment Centre, select the relevant invoice and review the options available. If Instant Pay is offered, read its conditions and fee before choosing it. Review the expected processing time for your payment method and contact Staffy support through the app if an amount or date is unclear.
