The Payment Centre helps you review your Staffy earnings and the payout options available to your account. Payment eligibility and timing depend on approved shift details and current terms; completing a shift does not mean its earnings can immediately be withdrawn.

Check what is available to withdraw

Open the Payment Centre in the Staffy app to review payable and upcoming amounts. Check the payment date and status of the relevant invoice before requesting a payout. If a shift or its hours still need approval, contact Staffy support through the app.

Review payout options and conditions

Before requesting payment, review the options shown in your account, eligibility requirements, any limits or charges, and the expected processing time. Instant Pay is subject to conditions and should not be treated as an unlimited or guaranteed same-day payment service.

A payout request and receipt of money are separate events. Processing can depend on the payment method, financial institution and other factors. Avoid relying on this older announcement as confirmation that withdrawals are immediate or free of all charges.
