Instant Pay - Get Paid When You Need It

At Staffy, we understand that immediate access to your earnings can make a real difference in your financial flexibility. That’s why we’re introducing Instant Pay, a feature that lets you withdraw your funds immediately after completing a shift. Whether you need quick access to your money for personal expenses, planning your next shift, or simply prefer not to wait, Instant Pay puts you in control.

What Is Instant Pay?

Instant Pay is designed to give you faster access to the money you’ve earned. Instead of waiting for the standard five-day payment timeline, you can choose to receive your funds immediately after completing a shift. A nominal fee of 3% applies to this option, ensuring that you get paid on your terms when you need it most.

Unlike Flexible Pay, which allows you to choose how much and when to withdraw your funds, Instant Pay ensures that you get paid the same day you complete your shift—no delays, no waiting. If your shift qualifies as a same-day shift (posted, hired, and worked on the same day), your funds will be made available immediately without any fees.

Seamless Access in the Payment Centre: Your Payment Centre provides a consolidated view of all your earnings. You can easily track your shift payments, see what’s available, and withdraw funds instantly at your convenience.

How Instant Pay Works

Complete Your Shift: After completing your shift, your invoice will be available immediately in the Payment Centre for review.

Select Instant Pay: Each shift will appear as a Pending Payment in the Payment Centre. You can view the invoice details by clicking the eye icon on the right-hand side. Once inside the invoice, click the Instant Pay button to make the funds immediately available in your Payment Centre.

Withdraw Your Funds: Once the available balance in your Payment Centre updates, you can initiate a withdrawal to your linked payment method.

Important Notes

Same-day shifts qualify for Instant Pay automatically, without any fees. If you picked up and completed a shift on the same day, you don’t need to opt in—your funds will be available instantly at no extra cost.

The 3% Instant Pay fee is optional. If you prefer not to pay the fee, you can wait for the standard five-day payment timeline and receive your funds without any deductions.

A Platform Service Fee of 3% applies to all contractor shifts. This is separate from the Instant Pay fee and is deducted from your earnings before payment is made.

Instant Pay is not a deposit service. Staffy does not hold funds for investment or earn interest on them. Your earnings remain yours to withdraw at any time.
