Flexible Pay is all about giving you greater flexibility in how you access the money you’ve earned from your shifts. Whether you prefer to accumulate your balance for a rainy day, withdraw it in installments, or take it all at once, the choice is yours. No more waiting for payday or worrying about traditional bank transfer delays—Flexible Pay puts you in the driver’s seat.

Additionally, you're free from typical weekend and holiday delays - with Flexible Pay, you can choose exactly when you want to withdraw your money, no matter the time or day.

Convenience The Payment Centre serves as your one-stop dashboard, via a consolidated view of all your earnings so you can easily track and manage your finances. For budgeting and accounting, you have access to a running history of completed shifts, withdrawals and transfers.

Enhanced Security & Peace of Mind We use state-of-the-art security measures to keep your account and transaction details safe. By staying within the Staffy platform, you minimize the risk and complications you'd potentially face with an external platform or service.

A More Flexible Lifestyle With the Staffy Health app, you won't need additional apps or services to access your funds. Simply head to the Payment Centre to view or withdraw your funds. You’re in charge of how often and when you withdraw your balance, offering you total freedom and flexibility.

How It Works

Complete Your Shifts: After you’ve finished your shift and clocked out via the app, the platform will verify the shift details. Once approved, the funds are credited to your available balance.

Request a Withdrawal at Any Time: When you’re ready to access your funds, simply go to your account dashboard > Payment Centre. You can then select the amount you’d like to withdraw.

Funds Are Transferred Securely: Once you’ve requested your withdrawal, we’ll transfer the funds securely to your linked account. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and other factors.

Important Notes

Not a Bank or Deposit Service: Flexible Pay is a way to access the earnings you’ve already made, but it is not a bank account or a deposit service. Staffy does not hold funds for investment or earn interest on them.

No Additional Cost: At this time, there are no additional charges for withdrawing funds on your schedule. However, in the future, there may be limits on the number of withdrawals per week, with a small fee for extra withdrawals.

Track Your Balances: You’ll always know how much you have available, as your account dashboard will display your latest balance from completed shifts.
