Frequently asked questions
How does Salus verify professional licences?
Licence checks use the regulator's official public register, rather than relying only on a document uploaded by a candidate. Checks are currently completed manually by your team or Staffy staff within the agreed service scope. Salus records the source, time, result and person who completed the check; automated regulator connections are planned.
Can Salus flag expiring credentials and registration changes?
Salus tracks credential expiry dates and supports configurable alerts, including 30, 60 or 90 days before expiry. Registration-status changes require a further check of the regulator's register. Real-time detection of suspensions or cancellations through automated regulator feeds is not currently available.
Can candidates complete verification remotely without downloading an app?
Yes. Candidates can receive a secure link by email or text and complete identity verification and credential uploads in a browser on a phone or computer. The Salus app is also available. The identity-verification process supports manual review when an automated check cannot be completed.
Can managers see outstanding checks across locations?
Yes. Managers can review verification status across locations, see outstanding checks and send reminders. Salus also supports bulk candidate submission and exportable audit reports. Agree the roles, document requirements and service scope for your organization during setup.
Is the Workday integration live?
A custom Workday Recruiting integration has been built using APIs and webhooks. As of October 2026, it is not in production, has not been certified against a live tenant and is not Workday Certified. Salus can operate through secure candidate links and individual or bulk candidate entry while that integration is being prepared.
