Passing an examination is not the same as completing every registration requirement. Consult CNO about your application and status. Facility onboarding, screening and orientation are additional assignment considerations, not a complete list of regulatory requirements.

Understand the setting

Read the duties, client needs, required experience, available support and escalation arrangements. Accept work that fits your competence and applicable practice requirements. Do not assume every RPN opportunity has the same responsibilities because the title is identical.

Compare the offer

Check location, hours, travel, the agreed rate and payment unit, orientation, insurance responsibilities and cancellation terms. Ask which documents must be current and how booking confirmation works. A public role page does not establish an opening or guaranteed work.

Keep learning and records current

Use the regulator’s professional guidance and relevant training to maintain your practice. Keep evidence of completed requirements and ask how updates or missing records are handled. A course alone does not establish competence for an unfamiliar assignment.
