Shifts are Early morning, Afternoon, Evening, and you get to decide when and who you work for.

Hourly Rate: $22 - $35 per hour, and sometimes more for a variety of roles. You set your rate in the app.

As a Health Care Aide, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting assigned surfaces including walls, windows, flooring, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Maintaining waste and linen removal Help the residents with cleaning, escorting, peri-care, getting dressed etc
• Operating and maintaining housekeeping equipment and implements
• Maintaining appropriate inventory and replenishment of unit specific supplies
• Utilizes procedures as trained in compliance with Health and Safety and Infection Control
• Attentive to care, consideration, and confidentiality of residents, staff and visitors
• Other related duties as assigned

What You Have

• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs (occasional to frequent), prolonged walking, standing, reaching
• Reliable, enthusiastic, able to prioritize, and to follow detailed instructions without direct supervision
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Criminal background and vulnerable sector checks required
